He told me he would bring a crew in and have the work done within a week. The following week, he had only done about a third of the work. One window was finished. The new home I was moving into had to be ready by July, so I was on a rather strict timeline. He did not seem to concerned about keeping to the schedules I was hoping for. This was not only frustrating, but caused issues with the entire project; as the drywall man could not start until the windows and doors were in. On top of this, the front door he installed was not up to the standards I was hoping for. He was unresponsive when I tried to contact him about this. He did not show up when expected. He was incredibly messy, not only in the house but in the yard. I had to pick up scrap lumber, bent nails, etc. etc. etc., as well as as many cigarette butts. I had a dumpster in front of the house, but I was the only one using it. Virtually everything he did had to be redone, either before or after I moved into the house.
Description of Work: I hired him to replace five windows and two sliding doors. I also asked him to replace the front door of my new home. I had to have some of the work he did done over by someone else, and after all the work was done and I had moved into the house I discovered that the work I had thought was adequate was not.
