They came highly recommended and have exceeded our expectations. Our technician is very knowledgeable, and prompt. We signed up for quarterly spraying. They call and schedule, then actually show up when they say. Gave recomendations to reduce rodent problems. Will definitely have back again!

I am truly impressed with the service I received from Moxie. The tech went above and beyond to help with this and an unexpected issue that arose. The unexpected issue was not within his scope of work but his assistance and professionalism is appreciated more than I can say. I will certainly use Moxie in the future and will recommend them to others.

It is $90 every time they come. I stay with them because I see results. I like the program that he offered me. He was more exspensive, but I liked the offer. If I see a hornets nest or wasp nest or a mouse they will come back out for free. I have only had to call them back once. I felt that they should have contacted me when they took over the old, rather than after they had missed my old appointment I called them to find out where they were. I did not like that at all. They come now on time, but I did not like they way they handled the transition. They should have called and told me who they were and that they were taking over the contracts.

They did a really good job. I think they are very professional.

The home is part of an estate and we hadn't been there in a couple of months. When we arrived, we had a mice problem. Tom with Mr. Exterminator was very nice, very thorough. I provided him a key to the home so he could return to the home to check traps and do any additional work. He did a wonderful job and I've never see any additional mice. He was reasonably priced for what I asked for him to do including all of his follow up.

My contact with this company was great. They were not the cheapest of the companies that I called and I told them that when he returned my call. We compared services that I was told I would be getting with other companies that I called and I decided to go with Mr. Exterminator. The reason I did was that the other companies I called did nothing in the way of setting physical traps to catch the mice that might be in the house already and they come and check them and clean them out for the first few weeks. This to me was worth the extra money for the first visit, as for the maintenance visits, they were the same price as the other company that returned my call. Tom showed up when he said he would and got right to work spraying the exterior of my home, the perimeter, the deck and any other areas I pointed out including the trampoline. After the spray, he spread granules to keep on working after the spray was gone. Then he did the inside of the house covering every inch of baseboard along EVERY wall, even in the closets. He identified active areas and placed a couple of different types of traps in several different places in my house for the mice. Tom was very pleasant, professional and listened to my concerns about my pet and the stuff he was using and how it would or wouldn't affect our dog. Great Job, I would recommend.
