Description of Work: I had a basement with white berber carpet...yes white and we rent! So after the wet and muddy winter and spring we have had I removed a rug and saw how dirty the carpets were! I began looking online and found Medalist and have been so happy from the phone call and scheduling to the carpets being cleaned! I will definitely be using Medalist in the future...thanks John!

Description of Work: Cleaned 1,894 ft. of old carpeting, and applied a protective coat of teflon afterwards. The carpet looks almost new, even in high-traffic areas, and it is truly clean as well. Communication before, during and after appointment was reliable; crew was punctual; courteous behavior at all times; and even a little education thrown in! Worth every penny.

Description of Work: John did carpet cleaning for living room, hall, and bedroom, plus stain protection coating for living room and hall. John spent time doing excellent work, was very conscientious and professional. He came back after the weekend to use different chemicals on a couple stubborn stains! We would highly recommend him!

+ -1 moreThe owner came personally and cleaned our carpets. He spent a lot of time in each room doing the thorough job I expected from a professional. While he was cleaning the carpets I saw an elderly neighbor struggling to cut her overgrown lawn and went out to help her. Once the owner was done cleaning our carpets he walked across the street and spent 1.5 hours helping the neighbor mow her lawn without asking for anything. She was in tears she was so appreciative of the help. The carpets were prestine, the drying fans were left for free and picked up free the next day, and the owner is generous with his time. I've used them 3 times and recommend them!

+ 0 moreWe contracted with them to clean the house and carpets after moving out of a home. The carpets came out great. The housecleaning was not so great. We were verbally threatened with legal action when we told the owner we did not like the housecleaning, the amount of time it took, and how much we were billed. The owner did not remember discussing items to be cleaned (garage, fridge, stove top) only how much it would cost. Do get everything that needs to be done in writing and how much it will cost in advance. We paid the entire bill, but feel we did not get $850 (one day) of cleaning performed.
Description of Work: Carpet Cleaning - Entire house was supposed to be cleaned. House Cleaning - Most of the carpets and bathroom tiles.
