Description of Work: He went out and looked at a couple properties for me to put together bids for work needing to be done. He was so straight forward. What was worth doing, what not. What quality of material would be used based upon what we were wanting to do with the property. He shares the knowledge he has that can help the project. I hope to have him work with us, when we find the right property.

+ -1 moreThe job went very, very good! They were very good at getting back in touch with me and getting me a bid for the work. I had a hard time finding a provider to replace my deck outside and after finding these guys I was very satisfied with the professionalism of Craig Perkins, the project manager, as well as the entire crew who I had dealt with, all very pleasant to be around and they did excellent work.
Description of Work: They replaced an outside deck.

+ -1 moreWe hired ABC Gutters in 2009; they replaced all gutters/downspouts. Terrible job. Water overflowed and filled basement windows, leaked thru foundation into rooms in basement. ABC would not honor their work. So we called MBCJ. He was terrific, punctual, empathetic, professional. We had asked for other bids, like reroofing, but we we just fixed the gutters. Now things drain properly as they should.
Description of Work: Fixed gutters and downspouts around the house, mistakes that were made by a prior contractor, ABC Gutters.

+ -1 moreOverall this year-long project went very well. As in all contruction we had our ups and downs and as we near the end of the road, Mr. Bullock is doing his best to stay on budget--and so far he is!!!
Description of Work: Finished Basement which included a movie style theater and built an enclosed poolhouse. These projects combined took just over one year. The theater has nine leather reclining seats, a 100 inch screen with Blu ray player and projection system. Mr. Bullock also finished two bedrooms and fixed problems that arose because of flaws in our home construction. Mr. Bullock is not the least expensive contractor to hire but he will make sure that the job is done right the first time. In the pool build, we opted for a construction plan that needed to meld steel frames to a wood roof. Mr. Bullock sent the frames back to the supplier three times because they were not right and made the supplier eat the cost of the misformed frames.
