+ -1 moreI first wrote a review shortly after Lana started cleaning for us. She has been cleaning our house for about a year now, and I love this woman! She is thorough and fast. She gets right to work, and she gets it all done. She looks for things that need attention. I highly recommend Lana for cleaning of all types.

+ -1 moreLana cleans our house every other week. She is doing a great job! Everything she touches is cleaned thoroughly, looks good and smells clean. She is pleasant but business like. She gives you the feeling she just loves to make things clean! And she is nice to our little dog.

Description of Work: Lana has been cleaning our home every other week since we hired her in July of 2012. She spends 3 hours in our home, cleaning a house of approximately 3000 square feet in three hours. She is very prompt, easy to contact, and does a great job. She is also cheerful and a pleasure to have in our home.

+ -1 moreShe did a wonderful job just what I was loking for and she goes above and beyond what is expected. She showed up a little early but that is good she started right in cleaning and we chatted some during so we could get to know each other, I really like her. She is very good at cleaning and is very professional, also very friendly and upbeat. I really like her and know we will both be happy with her working here. Couldn't ask for a better house cleaner.
Description of Work: In depth House cleaning. Floors, all of the kitchen, bathroom, and laundry area. When she saw things she just cleaned them and she didn't have to be told. Livingroom, bedroom, office, all was dusted and vacuumed, everything, and got up high also. She is really great. If I want more she is willing to do it and just have to leave her a list. I love it.

+ -1 more* Because she is so focused, Lana accomplishes more in 3-4 hours than I can do in 2 week! * She cleans thoroughly and definitely enjoys the challenges presented. She appears to be very physically fit , physically strong and capable and works fast!
Description of Work: Lana continues to take excellent care of our home - providing cleaning services for whole house (3400 sq.ft) approx 4 hours per visit. We have a dog who leaves hair & toys all over - always cleaned up no question. Lana is on time or early, always energetic & happy to be here. She brings the best cleaning supplies & tools, and will use any specific supply that I might request. She always empties the vacuum cleaner once she is done & leaves the house secure.

Her work ethic is commendable and much appreciated. She performs housekeeping services on a bi-weekly basis and has not missed one scheduled date of service. Her work is exemplary.
Description of Work: Lana provides "On-time" complete housekeeping services every other week for approximately 3 1/2 hours per visit for us.Her services are totally customizable. She is self-directed, honest, trust-worthy as well as personable, punctual & very efficient. Her attention to detail is her signature. She has provided housekeeping services for us for over 1 year and came to us highly recommended. She has not missed one day of planned service.
