Jeff approaches his work with the professionalism of a surgeon. He's always right on time, and takes pride in his work. Well worth the money. If you want someone cheap who does questionable work, go with someone else.

If you want fast and cheap, skip Jeff. I had a coupon from another company for duct cleaning for $59. I'm glad I didn't use it. Jeff was here promptly at 8 a.m. on the first day and worked through until 4. Same for the second day. On the third day, he had taken the furnace fan with him to clean so he didn't arrive until a bit after 10. He finished the cleaning which included cutting a new access hole in the downstairs return trunk. Although he was here for three days, he was not overly intrusive. Noisy, yes. He was great with the dogs and careful about not letting them sneak out. He showed me some of the extra dirty vents. After I had first contacted Jeff, we determined that he had been here previously when he worked with a furnace installer and I had my new furnace put in. He explained that he stopped working with others because they wanted the work completed in one day, and he just didn't feel he was doing the job well enough. He was interested to see how much debris had built up, especially in the air return line. I have completed 2 extensive remodeling projects since his first visit and the dry wall dust was very evident. I feel confident that this cleaning will last.

Jeff was willing to work the weekend and work around our schedule. Very nice guy and very professional. I was a little surprised by the cost of the service at first, but he spend three days doing a very thorough job, so well worth the cost.

Jeff went from room to room and cleaned every heat duct and register cover then cleaned the return air duct and register. It took him two days to complete his work he scrubbed the inside duct work till looked new again. My ducts had not been cleaned professionally since the house was built in 1967. He definitely earned his fee however the cleaning was included in the price of the new furnace we bought so I had to use the price he had told me he charges. 5 months later my house smells wonderful when the blower turns on and my furnace filters are barely dirty. Will definitely use this service again because it has made such a difference. Jeff was very polite and professional.
