 + 0 moreThey did not charge us for their services. All of the closing costs were free and the interest was 0.285. When you go to a credit union and you join it, you are really working for yourself. There is no one driving the cost of things up. There are no stockholders who are trying to make a lot of money. That must be why they can do it so cheaply, but they have been wonderful. My daughter died, but before she did, she had a lot of legal stuff to get taken care of and they would witness it and put their stamp on it, and they did it all for free. They keep the same people there. Every time we go in, it is the same people where Wells Fargo completely rotated all their employees every couple of months. You hardly ever get to know anybody.
Description of Work: We like Idaho State Credit Union, ISU Credit Union. We got a ten-year loan from them.
