 + -1 moreThe online process for application was quite straight forward and easy enough. I did that for convenience as opposed to going into the local branch (note: I think it's unfortunate that a city the size of Twin Falls has only one branch and that it's not even centrally located...). My opinion would have gone unchanged had the follow-up phone call from a customer service rep been more professional and pleasant. She was completely disinterested and I ended up feeling as though I was inconveniencing her to make her have to call me; she redirected me to the branch multiple times and I finally stopped asking questions when I clued in to the fact that any questions I asked were going to be answered by her directing me into the local branch. In the end, it was that interaction that helped me decide not to pursue the loan with ICCU because I didn't really need the additional bank account.
Description of Work: I banked with ICCU for a couple of years, until I moved out of state. I even intended to keep the account as my primary account until it proved to undesirable to live without personal services. The entire experience was fantastic and I raved to all who were interested in hearing. I recently had the need to obtain a personal loan and applied, which was not as pleasant an experience...
