For elderly helpers, for get it. She goes down and wets the rag, but she does not clean. You mean to tell me that she can clean 3 bathrooms and a kitchen in 15 minutes. I ask her "Are you sure you got everything clean?" "Well yes, I did." I'm going to take pictures and show Home Helpers. I asked her last week if she would please change the sheets on my bed, because I can't lift the mattress and she didn't do it. She made the bed and I went in there to go to bed and the same sheets were on. Everything was just like it was the night before. It's not like she had to wash them and put them back on. I have a change every time. She knows I can't get around very good and I have to be very careful. I have a vertebra that is broke. It's hard to do any bending and work. I feel like she is cheating the company. I supply the rubber gloves and everything. When I show the company, she won't like it very much. They should come out and check on her, but they don't. She doesn't do the cleaning. She is kind.I have to tell her every time where the rags are, where the detergent is that I use to wash things down with. I have had her for 2 months now. I can't keep any body. I don't have the option to use anybody else, but they are probably getting tired of me complaining. I have cleaned all my life. When my mother told me to clean something, you did not leave the corners. That was part of cleaning. I'm at the point that I can not breathe if I don't have a clean home. I have not been out of the house for a year and a half. I would like for them to come out and examine where she said she had been cleaning.

VA paid for it, but I know it was $1,100 a month for what she got. They are just absolutely awesome. They were real friendly. My mom was 84. They were in their late 20s or 30s. They were very compassionate towards her; you do not always get that with younger people. I would use them again in a heartbeat.
