HOME GUARD SIDING

They communicated poorly and never provided a full written contract. I blame myself for not insisting on one over the handwritten quote. Although the siding looks good, they showed up days late and did not provide any heads-up, they took longer than planned to do the work. They laid their ladders and tools on the flowerbeds. They tried to take shortcuts in every case, they did not bother to clean up afterwards. They did not return calls, and when we finally got through, they passed around a lot of blame and spent a lot of time yelling at me instead of trying to work things out in a peaceful manner. (I was asking for minor compensation to make up for the time we had to spend cleaning up after them.) If you make the mistake of contracting them, get everything in writing up front!!!

I waited at home all afternoon and he did not show up. I called this morning, 7/31/2014 to ask what happened to his agreed visit to come out to the mobile home and give me an estimate. His reply was and quot;whoand quot;? I tried to refresh his memory but to no avail. I thereby told him not to bother I would contact someone else. I won't put up with this kind of service any more. He had a phone and could have contacted me to reschedule. nancy Badten

the people putting on the siding were great , very professional and with great attention to detail i was extremely pleased with the workmanship

Home Guard did a great job. My house looks great. A little disappointed with the cigarette butts around my yard.
