Description of Work: Mike with High Desert was professional and very nice. We had some unforeseen hiccups but everything turned out great. He made sure we were happy with the finished project. I would definitely call him again with future landscape projects. I was very disappointed with other landscape companies in Pocatello who just did not return calls or care if they helped or not.

Description of Work: This last visit was to complete the fertilization and weed control applications. John, the technician, has suggested the long-lasting product for this year which will require only the 2 applications. I've used High Desert for many years. Last year I tried another company, but I'm back for good now.

+ -1 moreI employed the yard care portion of High Desert Landscaping - weed control, fertilization, insect control. John was always very careful about gates and when some spray dripped on the windows, he cleaned it up. The following summer I chose an organic yard application with another company, and John was not upset. He thought it was worth a try. This season I will return to High Desert and hope to alternate the organic with the less organic but more effective weed and grub control every other season.
Description of Work: Lawn mantanence: weed and insect control, fertilize, tree sprays. I had 3 lawn applications and 2 spider control sprays.

+ 0 moreHigh Desert Landscaping was my lawn care company for several years. This year I thought I'd try an organic product and informed High Desert. John was very understanding and thought it was worth a try. Even though I didn't use their services for my lawn, John has always answered my calls promptly and professionally. I called for the spider spray and a couple of hours later it was done. He happened to be in the area, but he always completes the work within a couple of days at the most.
Description of Work: Sprayed exterior around house to eliminate spiders.

+ -1 moreTerrible! Would not recommend this business to anyone. If something else comes along that offers more money that is where the landscaper will be.
Description of Work: Difficult to get a hold of. No supervision of work. Service provided for value, incomplete. Required to give 50% deposit. Received only 25% of work on bid. Yet they deposited the 50% down. Will have to take this to collections in order to received monies back for uncompleted bid.
