Greg McCune - Homeland Real Estate

It wasn't a very good experience. I don't think Greg had a good grasp on what different locations had to offer or which houses were in better or worse condition beneath the veneer of trying to sell a house. He was more interested in showing us where he lived and houses he had bought or sold for clients. There were some significant details about houses that he didn't seem to notice that were critical to us in our search. He was not very good a listening to our needs or feedback. He was not always very punctual. Unfortunately our timing was such that we really only had a couple of days to spend looking for a house and once we had spent one of them with Greg, we felt like we should see it thought. On the upside, Greg did a good job making sure that the contract, offers, counter-offers, inspections, etc. were done within the time limits outlined in the contract. We felt that we might have found some other and perhaps better options with someone with more experience and knowledge of all the areas in Pocatello and someone who listened and used our feedback.
