Frank's Handyman SVC

Had the toilet fix and it turns out toilet needed a new shut off value, which starting leaking all over the floor within two hours after he left. When I called he said, "oh yeah" you need a new shut off value! I asked his charge to come back and fix it, with I agreed to, only he never came back or set up the appointment. The dishwasher fix he did didn't even last 14 hours! Frank said he would run by in a couple of days to fix it since he "guaranteed his work". Well two weeks later it is still not fixed nor did he allow me to set up the appointment to fix the toilet shut off valve. Which is still leaking and I have a pan catching water. So much for guarantees! I called several times and kept getting put off. When I tried to schedule another appointment I was told "no". After that I decided it was time to write a review here since I was more than patient after two weeks. When I called to inquire about the cost I was told $30 an hour. I barely had one hour of work but got charged $45 in cash. He will not take debit cards even though he claims to have the machine for payments. Wants cash only! He was also very dirty and severely in need of deodorant. He also made frequent trips to his vehicle for a tool, made about six trips since he does not carry them in a tool belt. Also talked a lot of his cell phone instead of doing my repairs. I was charged for all that time he wasted however. Since he does not guarantee his work and did not follow up on his mistakes, I would NEVER call or refer him to anyone.

Frank entered into a verbal contract to care for my front and back lawn mowing and weed control twice monthly for the summer of 2012 at 70.00/month. The work was always done to my satisfaction and there were never any problems or disputes. I would not hesitate to have Frank come back and resume his services if the need arises.

Frank would not return my key or send me a bill. He wanted me to drive to his trailer at night to get paid. Very unprofessional.

Nikki and Frank took on a long list of large and small projects I do not have time or skill to do. They gave me a price for each project on the list up front and have scheduled the jobs around my availability. Their prices are reasonable. If they cannot do a project, they will say so up front and suggest another tradesman in town who might be able to do the job. They have done every job to my satisfaction. I plan on adding many more projects to my list for them.

They didnt know what they were doing. They butchered a tree. A women and her kid are the ones that tried to do the work.. Scheduled a time didn't show up for that appointment and did even bother to call so I called them. Didn't not do what they said they would do. Would not use them ever again or recommmend to anyone. I did not pay them very unsatisfied

Very well. Mowed lawn and trimmed bushes and weeds.

The service provided by Frank's was great. They do a quality job in lawn care. They haul away the grass clippings too. Overall, Frank's is very reliable. They always show up when they say they are going to. I have utilized Frank's Handyman Service for lawn care multiple times, including last Autumn, and have been satisfied every time.
