+ -1 moreCraftsmanship is absolutely beautiful. I waited 3+ weeks for the blower for my insert because it was back ordered, but other than that the installation went smoothly.
Description of Work: They tore out my old gas insert fireplace, then installed new gas insert, rebuilt hearth, stone surround, and custom mantle.

+ -1 moreRemoval of the old gas fireplace was predictably messy. The installer called to make sure I was home, arrived on time, and spread moving-style blankets on the floor before he started. When he left my house, he completely cleaned up the mess and took it with him. The fireplace did not have the backing I wanted so on the second visit, the same calling ahead procedure was used and all and quot;leftoverand quot; bits and pieces left with the installer. The result is a beautiful, functional, professionally installed gas fireplace.
Description of Work: Fireplace Outfitters removed an inefficient gas fireplace, installed a modern gas fireplace including adding new chimney pipes and cap.
