Jerry was pleasant and professional when they replaced my small driveway slab and rep0aired my front steps with a a pour-over; however, less that one year later, the driveway is cracked and the front porch and steps are crazed and pitting. When I called to ask what I might do to prevent continued deterioration, Jerry treated the work with additional coat of densifier which, as far as I can see, has done nothing to stop the deterioration. His explanation was "concrete is unpredictable."

Jerry and his crew went above and beyond, even completing tasks that were not contracted. Very happy with the quality of work. Left my yard clean and neat!! Communication was great. Very timely! I will definitely be using them in the future!!

Jerry Bateman with Final Aspect Concrete refused to honor his work and commitment to replace bad concrete that he installed. Weâ ve done everything we can short of attempting to take him to court, which we would probably pay out of our own pockets. Yes, we spoke to a lawyer who said we had a case, but warned us it would probably be difficult to get any kind of payment out of Jerry should we win. We paid Jerry $25k + to pour a new driveway, walkway, and house skirts, as well as seal everything to protect it (there is no evidence the sealant was ever applied). The whole of the driveway now has areas that are peeling up. Initially, Jerry came out to look at what was happening in April of 2023. He stated that this was â some of the worse [heâ s] seenâ and asked for time to get solvent after the long winter. We finally agreed to a day to start in ~July, but had Jerry tell us that it â might be next weekâ instead. We called him and expressed our frustration due to our work schedule (graveyards) and let him know that we canâ t sleep while theyâ re working, so finding a new time to reschedule to would be very difficult. Jerry became upset that we were frustrated about yet another cancelation and stated there is â no legal obligationâ for him to repair his shoddy work. I would avoid this company AT ALL COSTS. We paid everything we were charged on time and without hesitation. We would now, probably, have to pay to get the whole driveway redone. If you donâ t have tens of thousands of dollars to waste (like us) on having to repair this companyâ s work, DO NOT HIRE THEM. I have text messages and video regarding his agreement and subsequent refusal to honor his work. I repeat DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. IT IS NOT WORTH IT.

Jerry did an excellent job on our side driveway. It looks beautiful. And done quickly.

Jerry and Smith have been amazing to work with. They have an excellent eye for detail, take pride in their work, and work incredibly hard to make sure theyâ re producing a quality product. I was recommended this concrete contractor for a new garage and I wanted to do a driveway, sidewalk, and patio as well. It was a good size job. The work was excellent! My wife and I were very pleased with the work. They worked very hard daily and the results were excellent. We couldn't be more happy and glad we hired them. Very hard workers that really take pride in their work. They went the extra mile to make sure the foundation was right. They used the highest grade concrete and for a little extra sealed it to last for decades. I am highly impressed. I strongly recommend them.

Excellent Workmanship beautiful at a reasonable price.

My driveway and (240') sidewalk was a large job, as well as being technically complex. My house is situated on a hill above the road, and I needed to reduce the slope of the driveway to make it safe for my daughter (who uses a wheelchair). Also, my van would scrape each time we drove across the gutter that divides the driveway from the road. Final Aspect is a small crew, but outstanding in their profession. They visited multiple times and ensured they had a good plan and that I understood all aspects of the job. They planned the work to be flexible with other contractors which I scheduled simultaneously to work in my front yard. They communicated well with my wife and I, and made accommodations to the order of work so that my wife had the least interruptions to her schedule (due to the driveway removal, grading and paving). They were also very kind and friendly with my young kids who were curious about the construction work being performed. We became quite friendly with them during the course of this project. The final product looks outstanding and is safe for my daughter's wheelchair and is pitched perfectly so my van smoothly crosses the gutter. There is no doubt that I would hire Final Aspect for another concrete job!!

They are hard workers. Came in got the job done. Cleaned up every night when done. Driveway looks great!

They worked hard to make sure that the ground underneath the drive way was perfect even though it took them an extra day. Without charging me for the extra work.

We were extremely satisfied with Jerry & his team's work. They did an excellent job on our driveway, sidewalk & a gravel parking pad. Our projects looks FANTASTIC! Their work was very professional. The job was done on time and I am 100% satisfied with the driveway. The walkway as suggested by the contractor is also perfect! During the past few days I have had many compliments and requests for his name.

Jerry did a fantastic job to replace the concrete on my driveway, front walkway and back patio. The quality of work is supberg and finished the job on time. Jerry and his crew would clean up the job site and return to its original setting after the job is complete. He explained how to take care of the new concrete and when should I drive on top of the new driveway. I am 100% satisfied with his workmanship.
