There is no other way to file complaint to Farm Bureau, then there is no cost for Farm Bureau's employee to do the wrong-doing. My last resort is to walk away and stay away from this company.
Description of Work: Farm Bureau's service is very bad, per my experience. especially their inspector/underwriter, who leaked customer's private information to third party construction contractor without customer's authorization and may also imfringed conflict of interest. Very un-enthical, non-profesional. When complain to the issue, the person would even hang up on your complaints phone call. If you DO NOT care spending your good hard-earned money for the worst service, Farm Bureau is yoru first choice to go for the worst service for your insurance needs.
