+ -1 moreStarted the job later than agreed upon. Constantly late. Many times the workers did not show up at all and no phone call. Most times workers showed up and worked one or two hours and then left. This was not the fault of the workers. The fault lies with Bill the owner. He would constantly pull them off one job and send them to another lengthening the time to finish the job. The two-man crew did an excellent job when Bill allowed them to work on our deck. They were friendly and courteous; however, Bill did absolutely nothing! He was even upset when I asked him to come to our home to discuss a timeline for completing the project.
Description of Work: Restored a deck.
