We started the business relationship after several failed attempts with other agents. It seems that a budget of $70,000 for a home doesn't put enough back in their pocket to warrant the kind of service we were looking for. Finding Dave was a bit of an accident. I was browsing homes online and came across a home that looked somewhat promising. Called the # for prs which happend to be the site I was on. Left a message and Dave was the one who called back. He showed us that home, turned out to be an excellent find so we had him get some additional info for us. He called us back with information on the rates for the shared well, garbage collection, county records showing the location of septic tank and several other items within thirty minutes of leaving the home. We were very impressed at that point and although we did not get that home continued working with Dave until we found one we liked and pruchased. Dave was always prompt when we contacted him and honest in his appraisal of what homes would fit our families needs based on the info we gave him. He even suggested us not place an offer on a home he was listing. All in all very good experiance.
