We had two local Concrete workers come and Dave's price was $250.00 less than the other guy. He had a good personality and my husband and I were impressed by his non-pressuring free estimate. After we chose Dave to do our project, he stayed in contact with us and had a willing attitude to get the job done, even though our small project was a small paycheck than others he probably had. He framed in, leveled and put gravel in on a Tuesday and by Wednesday after lunch we had the concrete curing/drying. He had one co-worker with him and they seemed to stay professional. A concrete truck came to deliver the load. There was some concrete that spilled on the driveway but that was to be expected. He did it and he did it super quick! The only bad thing we found, and we know it was an accident, was our hose was left on for a couple hours.

I hired Dave to pour a concrete pad in our back yard. I called him for an estimate, and he was up the very next day to look it over. We had some temperamental weather with it being spring, so it took a couple of days to complete the job, which is understandable. They took a full day to prep the 16X20 pad, with the gravel and forms. We had to wait for a day where there was no chance of rain. It only took them half a day to pour, and finish the pad. Dave also took the extra time to come up two or three more times to water the pad to make sure it didn't dry to quickly so it wouldn't crack. They finished the job very quickly. The only complaints I have with Dave is he didn't ever call me to let me know whether we were waiting on the weather, or when they would be up to prep the pad, or when they would pour. Also, they had to transport the gravel from the front yard to the back yard via wheelbarrows, and some gravel got spilled on my grass that was never cleaned up. Other than those few little details, everything went perfectly. I will definitely hire Dave again.

Dave did a great job on our pad, and I plan on using him again in the near future. The only complaint I had was, I had to call him, in order to know what was going on. Such as the start date and time, when he was planning to pour, what time they would be back to finish, etc. He didn't call me. Not a huge deal though. Very professional, and we plan on having Dave do some work for us in the near future
