Description of Work: We had previously purchased a water heater from this provider, and were pleased with their service. After we called and spoke with Chaud, describing the problem. they arranged a time to be at our place with the promise they would call when they were on the way. The responder,Treg, called earlier than expected to announce he was on the way. His inspection was thorough and concluded with the use of a power rooter to clear the drain. This was successful. Treg also asked us to call back if any further problem was evident. So far there has been no repeat of the issue.
