+ -1 moreThey made it over earlier than anticipated. They are very busy. They were fast, professional, courteous, and very good at their job. The price was reasonable for the work done. I'm very happy with the system and the way it was installed.

+ -1 moreB&B called me back the representative said, "What's your problem, do you think you're our only customer?" I answered, " Not anymore." and disconnected. It would seem B&B is severely understaffed and is not concerned with providing timely service to current customers. I cannot recommend them as a sprinkler-repair service.
Description of Work: I had a sprinkler head which had been mowed off and needed replacement. I had called B&B on the 29th of June but had not received a call back so I call them again on the 30th of June. The representative on the phone informed me that she could schedule me for the 7th of July. I remarked that 10 days seemed a long time to wait so she said she would put of on her cancellation list although I would be the 10th person on her list. I said I would try to find someone else to to do the work. On June 30, I contacted a newly established lawn maintenance company, Fischer Maintenance, about the problem. A workman arrived within about an hour, dug up the offending sprinkler connection and then drove to the Home Depot store for a replacement sprinkler head, returned to my house, installed the sprinkler and tested it. Two hours total elapsed time! I called B&B and told an answering machine to remove my name from their database of customers.

+ -1 moreThe sprinkler workers were on a job nearby so they asked if they could leave the equipment the evening prior to starting the job, enabling an early start.. They requested the utility companies to come out and mark the lines beforehand. They reminded me to move my car out of the garage so I wouldn't be pinned in. It took them two days which was as expected. They explained procedures and if I had to make a choice, it was discussed thoroughly. I found them punctual and professional.

Description of Work: As new administrator of a small local business, I found we had high costs for lawn service but the lawn was half dead. B&B Sprinklers came out and found broken heads, replaced them, and instructed me on the use of the system. They were prompt, provided the work needed quickly and in a timely fashion, and were professional in every way. Very shortly after, the lawn started looking good again.

+ -1 moreLate to first appointment by several hours without a phone call. Suppose to be at home before noon. Didn't get there until after 5pm. Fixed only a few problems and had to have them back out to fix more. Sprinklers still not adjusted correctly and not hitting all the lawn. Heads still broken. Called back and the owner was very condensendimg and rude on the phone

+ -1 moreI called in early October for a sprinkler blowout and they were all booked up for about 3 weeks. They came at precisely their scheduled time, completed the work efficiently, and billed me later for exactly the quoted amount. This year I scheduled my visit in late September for a slightly earlier date. In the spring, when I turned the system back on, I discovered a leak (unrelated to their previous work) in a portion of the yard. They came out, repaired it and tested the entire system, making several adjustments and minor repairs, all for a very reasonable fee. I have been pleased with their service and professionalism, and their office staff is very friendly and easy to work with.
Description of Work: I have used B&B twice so far: the first time, they blew out my sprinklers for the winter, the second time, they helped repair a leaking pipe in my sprinkler system and repaired other faulty sprinkler heads. I have already scheduled my 3rd visit.

+ -1 moreThese guys do great work. They show up on time, have all the parts on their truck and are very carefull of existing plants. They clean up the work area and are very Professional. They are reasonably priced. The only down side is that because they do such good work, sometimes they cannot come the day you might want them too, but they are worth waiting a day for because of their excellent work.
Description of Work: Fixed sprinkler valves, fixed several sprinkler heads, moved one large head and added a new large head.
