 + 0 moreCompany tech did call almost a week late. I knew it probably was a very busy time for company. Tech arrived right away and completed tuneup and installed a thermostat, within time frame promised. Was very pleased and will use this company again. Randy did a great job.

 + -1 moreAire Force One was very good. There's nothing that they could've done better. They actually gave me the daily rate and they fixed it on a weekend and they didn't charge me double, so that was good.

Description of Work: The motor had to be replaced. It had struggling over the weekend. Friday around noon, it stopped dead. I called and had to wait until Monday, early morning. Andy came right out to fix it, but didn't have the right motor. He ordered it, got it shipped the next and was here by 8:30. It works fine now. The company gave us a credit, because our unit was less than 8 years. I would definitely use Air Force One as needed.

They have been easy to book, fast to bring someone to our house, and very easy to get along with. They tell you exactly what is wrong, treat a woman with respect (not like she is stupid about repairs because of her gender), and are clear about probable cost to make repair.
Description of Work: They fixed our furnace/air conditioner and also trouble-shot and found a way to compensate for a damaged part. They could have told we had to buy a whole new HVAC system (expensive).

Description of Work: They were able to come at the last minute which was great! It turned out there was a problem with my circuit breaker, and they actually had to show me where it was (I moved here only a little while ago, and there are still things I'm learning about the house). They showed me, flipped the switch, and for that charged me $30, which I thought was a little steep. But since they made room for me in their schedule, and also helped me learn a little about my abode) I can't complain.

 + -1 moreMy house was all electric and AFO needed to put in ductwork with vents to every room in my bi-level home. Five bedrooms, living room, family room, dining room, kitchen, and 3 bathrooms. They placed the duct work so that you hardly notice that it wasn't part of the original home. They did the job in one week. Very polite and professional. They used good quality products: Carrier furnace and AC.
Description of Work: Aire Force One installed the gas lines from the meter to the furnace room. They installed the furnace and all the duct work. Also they installed an AC unit.

 + -1 moreMr. Barlow was very helpful in getting my new gas line installed. I called when the gas company was finished and he sent a crew out that afternoon to put in the new gas lines for my system, they were very friendly and professional even when I made last minute changes. The next morning they came back and took the old furnace and water heater out and installed the new furnace and water heater by the afternoon, I was only with out heat and water for the day by that night I had heat and hot water. All of the men were very pleasant and helpful making sure all of my questions were answered before they left for the day. I would definitely use this company again

 + 1 moreTwo days before the new water heater was installed, the service tech came out and did the repairs to stop the leaks. Totally knew what he was doing because he is experienced in both water heater, heating and air conditioning. When he installed the new water heater, he had all the tools necessary, even the hose to drain the old heater. Expertly installed, cleaned up all debris. Looked like he had never been here.
Description of Work: I had a water leak and couldn't tell if it was coming from the water heater or from the A/C condensor pump. It turned out to beboth hoses were plugged and the backed up water from the A/C was leaking, even under the water heater. Both hoses werecleaned out (intake and outgo) and the pump started pumping as it should. Even though it was not the water heater, which the service tech said it could last another year or even 5 years or longer (electric water was 9 years old) I decided to replace before it started leaking. I had already priced out the Rheem water heaters, the lowest price I found on-line was $700.00 for just the heater. Aire Force One said they could install a new Rheem for $700.00, which included the labor. That's why I decided to have a new one installed.

 + 0 moreI had gas leaks on my fireplace as well as my dryer, they came out and replaced all the piping as well as replaced the venting for the dryer. I have not had any problems with the gas since and this was after I had paid another company to come out and try to fix it twice, these guys get an A+ from me I would use them again in a heartbeat!

 + -1 moreTheir workers are always friendly and punctual and they've always scheduled us within a few hours or a day or two of our original phone call. They answered all of our questions and thoroughly explained their work. They even asked permission to cut into some existing drywall to access gas pipe (which they would have had to do anyway, but it was still nice to be asked rather than discovering a big hole in the wall after they'd left!).
Description of Work: We've had them do multiple plumbing fixes at our house including snaking out slow drains, repairing gas leaks in the piping to the furnace, and, most recently, moving interior gas piping for a basement remodel.
