Description of Work: Where in the world did you guys come from? I wish all the companies in the service industries were as on top of their game as you guys are. We had a gas furnace malfunction at our home here in Pocatello. It was 62 degrees in my living room when I got out of bed this morning., I spent about an hour trying to figure out what was wrong, with no answers. I called the Barlow boys at Air Exchange Technologies (AET) at 4:24 in the evening. The secretary thought the technician would not be going back out on another service call again this evening. At 6:14 PM I received a call from their technician Ken. I explained the problem and what I had observed and tried myself. He said he was sure he knew exactly what the problem was and could stop by now or tomorrow if that was better. I asked him to go ahead and stop by our house now. At 6:35 PM my wife texted me and said the problem was solved and Ken was gone. WOW! I mean Double WOW! Now that's what I call service. Description of Work: My house was extremely dry, especially during very cold weather. I hired my furnace co. to install a whole house humidifier.

Description of Work: After getting a few quotes from two other HVAC companies I decided on Air Exchange to do a full HVAC install. Ken provided multiple furnace and AC options to choose from where the other two companies never gave me an option, just a phone quote. Once a decision was made Air Exchange provided financing for me, the interest is high but my bank as well was high also due to being a personal loan. Once the installers arrived they did a walk around and decided to make some changes to the initial plan on placement of vents and return ducks. I was happy with the decisions that they made and was impressed with the knowledge of the installers. They added a few more vents and another return that was not originally qutoed and this did not add any extra charges. Another great aspect was they are very trust worthy as I still had to work and left them at the house alone without any incidents. I did request to have a different thermostat with WiFi capabilities install which was $85.00 with a 5 yr warranty and I love it. The Honeywell app and Wink app are used to access either by phone or tablet. It was super easy to set up also. They also removed the swamp cooler and capped the vent for me as well. One thing that I was not pleased with was when they cut the tile in the bathroom they did not use a vacuum during the cutting and tile dust was everywhere, other than that minor thing this company was fantastic. Just to give you an idea, Right Now Heating and Air was $11,000 and Air Force One was $13,000. Neither company emailed me a quote like I asked and neither did a follow up call to see if I was still interested.

Description of Work: They replaced a 2 ton heat pump system with a 2 1/2 ton system with a variable speed combo for much higher quality and efficiency! We were extremely pleased with Ken's professionalism. His analysis of what we needed was superb. I would highly recommend Ken and Air Exchange Technologies to anyone wanting a great experience.
