+ -1 moreEverything went very well, I always use ACE and recently found out that the rental property management in town uses ACE as well. Dishwasher was repaired and he even showed me some things on it in case it happens again. Overall great company to call if you need appliance repair.

+ -1 moreI originally called him in March when my dryer was acting up. He performed some troubleshooting with me over the phone and this actually solved the problem! I was very surprised by his willingness to assist me over the phone free of charge but very very grateful! A few months later I had an issue with my refrigerator and called him again. He attempted to troubleshoot with me but the problem was not that simple. He came to my house the next day, as scheduled, was very courteous and knowledgeable. He ordered the part for my fridge and told me he would call when the part came in. He rushed my part to his business address and installed it the SAME DAY that it arrived! I am so thankful for his professionalism and willingness to go out of his way to save me time and money. I have recommended him to all of my friends, family members, and co-workers.
Description of Work: He scheduled an appointment with me over the phone and showed up on time the following day as planned. He found the issue with my fridge very promptly and had the part rushed to him. The very same day he received the part in the mail, he came back over. He replaced the broken piece and the fridge is working better than ever!

+ -1 moreI called one evening and he showed up the next day. He located the problem on my fridge and fixed it. He only charged my his service call as he was here less than an hour. He also caught the dishwasher problem and is ordering a new part that will be here in a couple of days. Great job!!
Description of Work: He not only repaired my fridge but looked at my dish washer and reported to me that he thought it was on a recall for possibly causing fires. He then we back to his van and retrieved a list of makes and models. Mine was on the list. Might have saved me some real problems.
