When he finally did, and supposedly "fixed it", he actually made the situation much worse. The only thing Landmark would say is they have to send the same guy out. Absolutely not, we don't want this guy in our house; or, yet another reschedule. We are done with Scott's Home Services LLC and Landmark. We cancelled the service, and stopped all future debits from occuring. In addition, we want the $60 service call refunded since now we have to buy a new fridge because the repairman made it worse. We highly DO NOT recommend Landmark or Scott's Home Services LLC. Worst services ever."
