It was quite good.

There were some problems with Omega Roofing, the sub-contractor, but Western Roofing made sure that those problems (timeliness, neatness, communication, and quality) were resolved to our satisfaction. This is the second time we have hired Western Roofing and would do so again.

They were quick with an estimate and once scheduled they performed the work in a timely manner, very professional and were well pleased.

We looked on Angie's List for qualified roofing companies. We called a highly recommended company, but they were very arrogant and stated, and quot;if you want us, you'll have to wait for usand quot;, and we are out 4 to 6 weeksand quot;. Western Roofing had put on our original wood shake roof 20 years ago, and we had been very happy with their results, so we called them. Mike came out the next day, knew what he was talking about, addressed our concerns about the mess, damage to the yard, landscape...cleanup and time needed to start and complete the project. He got back to us immediately with an estimate and start date. We hired them and are very happy that we did. The work was started when promised. The yard and material were cleaned up every night before they left for the day. They used a giant magnet daily to go around the house to pick up the nails and screws that fell during the removal process. They made sure that they were not an inconvenience to our neighbors, as parking is very tight in our neighborhood. We can not say enough, about how happy we are with our choice to use Western Roofing for our project.

Western Roofing staff were pleasant and professional. They did an excellent job in a timely manner. It looks great!

We lost quite a few shingles on half of the house. We were promised it would be fixed. They came out twice for repairs and shingles still blew off. After two individuals were out to inspect, it was determined that the shingles were faulty. The company that makes the shingles offered to pay for repair and they acted like we should feel privileged by this. We have been more than fair during this process.

It went extremely well. I had gotten two estimates and theirs was considerably less than the other one. They went above and beyond my expectations, the materials used on my roof are covered with a lifetime guarentee and Western Roofing provided a two-year guarentee. They put a venting system on the top of the roof which was top of the line. The people who work at this company are very friendly and professional; they completely cleaned up after themselves. My experience with this company was just fantastic, and I would definitely recommend them to others.
