It went terrible and when I showed this man places that were not done well he started yelling at me. There was a witness, the only reason I paid him the balance was because I knew he would try and sue me. He damaged my clients property because there was no respect for handicap adults. I have had lots of things done on my home since that time and have been very happy with the results. Please do not ask me about this man again because this was a very bad experience in my life, that is why I am no longer a member of Angie's List. Thank you, Carol Judish

Levi Taylor called me and said he was the "pump guy" that Bill Long called to take a look at my "pump" problems. Please go to Superior Sprinkler Systems to read the whole story. Its too long to write all over again. Bottom line, Levi sent me to buy an irrigation pump for him to install on my property. After purchasing app. $725 worth of product, he raised the installation costs by $300. I was frustrated, not only because of the rise in costs, but because I didn't know what I was suppose to be purchasing at the pump place and he referred me to Bill Long, not himself to call to find out what was needed. I was tossed back and forth between these two companies. It was a horrible experience. After I showed my frustration for the costs going up $300, we had words but I agreed to go ahead because I was worn out by this mess and wanted to get it over with. He agreed to install the following day. A couple of hours later he left a recording of all things, on my cell phone and house phone that he was cancelling the installation. And I had $725 worth of stuff in the trunk of my car. I called the pump place and they were good enough to refer me to another irrigation guy who did install the following day at much less cost than Levi was charging. His lack of professionalism was astounding! A recording no less, to cancel the project. And he charged me $40 to look at the project.
