What a great experience! B.J. and his guys were at my home within 2 hours of my posting on Homeadvisor.com. B.J. returned the next day (Saturday) before the 9am scheduled time. Other garage door company's wanted to replace my door for $3,500. B.J. had spare door panels and replaced wheels, brackets and aligned my troublesome 27 year old door in just a couple hours. 5 Stars is not enough for the work, promptness and professionalism. The guys wore masks and were very courteous. I'll call sunrise again if I ever have problems with my garage doors.

Initially submitted a ticket with Home Advisor, within minutes I received a call from Sunrise. We setup a date to come take a look, about a day later I had a quote. The team came out and took some measurements of the springs. The next day. his team came out and started the work. After completion, BJ the owner was not thrilled with the results. The incorrect springs were installed on the initial installation. BJ and team came out the next morning, pulled this set of springs out, and he went and got another set. Turned out they were not correct either, but after the 3rd attempt, they got it correct. I really appreciate his attention and commitment to get the right springs installed. I am really impressed with this group and will use them again if needed. Definitely would recommend Sunrise Garage Door to anyone with a garage door issue.

Pricing was very reasonable. They showed up a bit early, and their pricing allowed us to upgrade within our budget, they got the work done in a timely manner and before i knew it i had a perfectly working garage door!

They did an excellent job replacing the broken spring, added in a second spring (was an option I agreed to), and replaced the plastic wheel/rollers with metal ones that made the door open/close very smoothly and quietly. They did this all the same morning I talked to them.

BJ and his crew were professional and did a great job. BJ was upfront and honest and didn't hide anything from me. Remember with this company you pay for experience and for the fact BJ did not try and upsale me on anything.

Called at 8:30 and had it fixed by 1:30! Super fast response!

Timely, professional and also adjusted our second garage door after repairing the spring in the double door. Job was completed very quickly. 10 year warranty.

I really appreciated Sunrise's promptness. I put a request on Home Advisor Sunday evening, and BJ and his team were able to work with my schedule and get out to my house the following evening. They worked quickly and efficiently, but they did notice something after the fact that they recommended I also have fixed; it would have been nice to get it all done at once. I don't have any experience with other garage door companies, so I don't know how competitive their pricing is, which is the only reason I didn't give them more stars in that area. However, I trust the quality of the work, and I will hire them again for my garage door needs.

Sunrise was able to come help on very short notice. BJ came out immediately to rescue my car. He and his crew came out first thing the next morning to fix my garage door. They explained everything they were doing, what needed to be done to make my door run efficiently, and all recommendations. They explained the costs ahead of time and put my mind at ease. Very honest about the why and how . I absolutely recommend Sunrise to anyone!!!! Trust is very important when you seek services. Sunrise has my absolute trust, I won t hire anyone else! And I will recommend Sunrise to all my friends and family!!!
