Very experienced, honest, and fair. My garage door fell off the track and completely bent one side. Sunrise got my door back on the track, but then did a complete tune up of my door for a very good price. They knew exactly what needed to be done and they gave me a very good deal. Highly recommend.

They are great at what they do. Cost doesn't matter when you need the job done right. Communication could have been better when they didn't showup when they said they would. They were a day late.

Did the job well. Have no problems with the garage door. He did the job in the time he said it would take. Although it was done in 2 days. Started late on one day but came back next day to finish it up. He had the door I wanted available to put it. Took away my old one. Very helpful to me.

The spring on our garage door broke, with our cars locked inside. B.J. called back quickly, and even though they had a full day they were able to come out and identify the problem and get to work right away. The workers were very polite and respectful and were knowledgeable and quick but thorough with the job. They also identified another issue with our door and were able to replace parts that made it run so much quieter. We are very happy with the repair and the price was very fair.

BJ and his assistant diagnoised the problem within minutes of arriving. They replaced the circuit board and serviced my garage door in a very short time and the charges were well within reason. They even reset the built-in remotes in my car. I would highly recommend them as they were very efficient and professional.

They not only called me because of my request on Service Magic, he did it within 30 minutes and it was after 6pm on Monday night! He said he could come over tonight and did so. He not only repaired my problem, he found other problems and pointed them out and fixed them as well. He was very thorough and gave me a fair price. The spring broke on our garage door with the car still in the garage. We had to get it out and it was Friday night. We called Sunrise Garage Door Company and they offered to come out immediately. We told them Saturday morning would be fine and they agreed to be out first thing in the morning. They arrived on time, gave us a very reasonable quote and pointed out some other problems that were obviously not right about the door. We agreed on a price and they got busy and had the door fixed in a very timely manner. They were professional, courteous and very helpful. I would reccomend this company strongly for garage door service.

Customer service,knowledge, etc was excellent. Though the crew in general appeared a bit "rough around the edges", their know how spoke for itself... I absolutely would hire them again, and would recommend them to anyone who asked!

I felt that my job was 2nd to all his service work. They would not show up untill I would call them and then it was later in the afternoon, befor they arrived. The final installation was a good job thanks to his crew.
