When I called Sunrise Garage Door Company regarding a new garage door, BJ came out that same day and was very honest with me saying, "I'm not the cheapest, but the job will be done right." That sold me. When I was concerned that I had to maybe put it off a month so that I could pay for it, he was totally fine with that - no pressure sales. The job was done within 2 days and it was perfect. He explained things as he went along because our old garage door had install issues, and he made everything better by replacing all the bad things. We even went ahead and replaced the garage door opener because we knew that we had to do it soon anyway and we wanted BJ to do it. We are so pleased with the work and with their work ethic. We will be recommending them to everyone.

They are down-to-earth, honest, uses the 35 years experience, even with messes others have made, to turn out a superb product. Likes phone calls, rather than computerized scheduling.

I called when I had not received a response from another company I had contacted approximately 3 weeks previously. They came out the same day and fixed the problem. Very knowledgeable and explained everything as they went along. I would definitely recommend this company!

Very honest

BJ the owner even came out with his workers. With it being just before Christmas I wasn't expecting them to come out but they did! Explained everything that was wrong and how someone else tried to fix and wasn't done properly! They explained what they were going to do and fixed everything properly! Thanks guys!

Friendly, fast. Walked me through the repairs. Explained everything. Charged less than quote. I will refer him to family and friends and call him again for garage door service. My dog liked him too.

This is the first thing I learned from BJ. Wish I had known this gem of advice prior to his coming. BJ and Tom clearly know their business. This company does not charge a service fee to come to your home and give a free estimate. They had my door repaired in a couple of hours. The spring had broken and needed to be replaced. BJ recommended a locally made spring instead of the standard springs that are now made in China. Once the spring was replaced, BJ and Tom made other repairs without charging me extra. I am grateful to have my garage door operating again!

They were great

BJ and his crew are awesome! They made it to my home the same day I called them and completed the job in a couple of hours. I would advise that you hire these guys anytime you experience a garage door failure or just need a simple repair.

They came out immediately and saw what the problems were and replaced parts & had the opener working like new.

Came within an hour of my cotacting home advisor. Provided options of repair with no pressure and did a lot of adjustments and lubrication. Knowledge and advise showed expertise wad very high.

I was contacted within 30 of posting my request. They came out the same day to look at the job and give me an exact quote. They realigned my tracks, greased the wheels and adjusted my automatic garage door opener for no extra charge. Excellent service and work!!!

When I called to set up a time to have my garage door looked at, they came the same day! B.J. (owner) was attentive and gave me options without pressure to buy.
