Came to inspect door the same day and was back the next morning to make repairs. Found a cable frayed while fixing broken spring and repaired while there.

Quick, timely service with great communication. They replaced low grade equipment from a previous installation not done by them with professional grade equipment and went out of their way to improve upon the previous work.

One of the things I liked is when I called them they did not require detailed information (i.e., brand name of the garage control) as did other companies I called. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and timely. Overall, they did a great job!

Sunrise went out of their way to take care of us in a timely manner, even coming out to our home in the evening to open our garage when a broken spring prevented us from getting our cars out. Had they not done this neither myself nor my wife would have been able to drive to our offices the next morning, The very next day they came out again to fully repair the problem; and they did this in cold snowy weather. Great job!

They did a terrific job. I am ignorant of this type of technology, but they told me right away that it was an easy fix, and they did the job in a short time. B.J. took the time to show me how to maintain the system and what to do in case of a power failure. He was thorough and professional, and the price was very good. I would have no hesitation recommending him to anyone who needs work done on garage doors.
