Jeff was efficient, polite, and came out to my house right away after I was sure I wanted him to do it. I shopped around for a while and Steve's was the best value.

We called Steve's Service Plumbing to rep ail a toilet. When he arrived to fix it, we had problems with the hot water tanks. Steve is very personable and a true professional. Since we had not hot water, Steve was back the next morning with the new tanks and installed them. When he left, the installation looked better and was a and quot;cleanerand quot; job than the original job done when our home was constructed. We would use Steve again.

We had somebody come out before him that said we'll need to take out the entire faucet, cut the wall, etc. When Steve came, he looked and determined that it was a faulty cartridge that was causing a leak in the bathtub faucet. Took him maybe 20 minutes for the entire visit. He was very curteous and answered any questions I had. I would definitely call him again.

They arrived on time to perform the scope of work that was discussed earlier over the phone. I think the price may have been a little high, but I also believe the job may have taken a little longer than expected. When all was said and done we paid the price he orginally quoted, so I was pleased with that. Steve was professional and courteous, and he did a thorough job. I will definitely consider using this company again.
