Great! Mike Stark has worked with us as if we are friends. We are doing our yard is phases because we can't do it all at once. The cost has been reasonable and the work fantastic. When a question or concern is brought to his attention it is addressed immediately. We are looking forward to next spring for the fountain and shrubs...Thanks Mike!!

Great..Mike from Stark Landscaping did a great job and his guys are great also. Mike really spent the time I needed to answer all questions. Our funds are limited and he worked with that too. When we had a concern, someone came out immediately to address them. Stark is putting the final touches on our yard next year. Can"t wait...

The crew did an excellent job. The were very receptive to feedback. It was a major upgrade to the house - several neighbors came by to look after the job was completed!

They promised all Rainbird parts but installed some discount heads that I have had to replace all of within one year. There were several leaks right after installation that they did come repair. The front section had virtually no pressure, and the drip section kept blowing apart - when I realized they had hooked up the pressure reducers to the wrong valves and tried to get them to come repair it, they would not call me back.

Not so good! We have three properties and one being our home is where they failed the most. The head sprinkler guy, Brian, told us we did not have enough water pressure from our well and the owner told me that we may need a new pump... They missed a sprinkler in our back yard in the middle of the grass near our pond that did not work, they moved, and charged for the moving, of two others to cover the area that the broken one should have. In moving the others they now watered the power to the pond pump and shorted the breaker. When I pressed them to fix it, two of the guys came out to put in an outlet that is covered, and they were starting to do this with the power on. I sent them away and we fixed it. We asked them to please winterizer our three properties and I had to call three times to get them out. And they did not show to start up this years, even though I specifically asked them to. Additionally, when adjusting our home system ourselves we discovered the heads they told us were due to low pressure were actually either broken due to age or obstructed by tree roots. Now everything works great, no thanks to Stark. On the up side, Chad was easy to work with and the guys who did the actual meowing were great! The last crew took a couple of minutes each time to walk the beds and kept all the weeds out! But, due to their lack of call back and inability to correctly diagnosis our sprinkler problems, we will not use them nor recommend them for any of our three properties.

The sprinkler installation was great. We moved into a home with an outdated system. Stark also put down some curbing and gravel, and all went well with that. The issue arose with our sod. The sod went in and Stark set the sprinklers and left watering instructions. We stayed off the lawn for a few weeks, per instructions. During the summer, I noticed the grass thinning out and by the end of the summer, 1/2-2/3 of our lawn no longer had grass. The next spring, I called Stark to inquire with them about the issue. It took a bit of back and forth but I was finally able to get them out. They appeared surprised at how poorly the sod took. Their solution was to use a seed slitter and put the grass seed directly into the soil. They did not do anything about the layer of dead sod that was sitting on top of the ground. The yard essentially looks the same and I am disappointed that we spent the money to have sod put in because it was a waste. I would not hire Stark to do any landscaping work.

They did this service for us last year and all went well the following watering season. No broken pipes! So we have confidence that they did a great job this time too.

The technicians showed up at my property during the time window we agreed upon. They listened to my instructions carefully (I have a unique sprinkler system) and followed them. They opened up valves and evacuated water from the system with a compressed air unit. One technician operated the unit from the back of the truck while the other observed the sprinkler line. The work was done quickly at a very reasonable price. I would certainly use them again.

Great experience. The scheduling was painless as their office personnel were responsive and pleasant. Heard back quickly from Brian who performed the work. We had 2-3 conversations by phone prior to the job. He arrived on time, reassessed the situation and adjusted the original plan. I had done some pre-digging as they requested, but with the needed adjustment he had to do some digging and removal of old parts. He was pleasant, respectful, and thorough. In addition he was genuinely interested in keeping our cost reasonable. I would highly recommend them.

I asked for a look at what it would take to improve irrigation coverage for our front lawn. The technician came out a few weeks after first contact and inspected our total irrigation system, which was not exactly what I had asked for, but he gave me good advice, I think. He was hesitant about giving us a quote on improving our front lawn coverage before they started digging. He asked me to get the layout of the irrigation plumbing from our previous landscaper. This felt a little weird, as the landscaper would be a competitor and was also the one responsible for the undercoverage. But I was willing to try. Then he asked for $45 to cover his inspection, which was a total surprise. There was nothing in our email correspondence about that. So, I won't be scheduling any more visits from this company. I don't like surprises.

They did a lot but they didn't do a great job.They tore off some of the plants I had spent money on recently. When they took that 15 ft job to add a new sprinkler line, they did a very very poor pattress job. I wasn't happy at all. They could have wrapped the plants to protect them better rather than breaking the branches. They didn't get the sprinkler where I wanted it. He left it so that I would have to do some more work. I had to add more grass and re-level it out because they put more dirt in a particular area. I wouldn't recommend them.

Because it was busy season for sprinkler companies, it took a while to get on the schedule, but when I did, Brian figured out why one bank of sprinklers wasn't working (a disconnected pipe underground), found the source, and quickly reattached it. He really knew what he was doing!

Stark Sprinkler was one of the few providers who was willing to do winterization that late into the year. I found the provider friendly and flexible enough to work with my unique circumstances. I was out of town at the time but he was willing and able to follow my instructions for performing the winterization. The work was completed without any complications.

Outstanding job. Tim and his crew did wonderful job of placing the new sprinkler system and arranging the new plants very esthetically. It looks wonderful and they are so easy to work with. All changes were fully explained costs were never a surprise.

I contacted Stark's late in the blow out season because the person we've used for this service in the past apparently went out of business, and we didn't realize it. Even though Stark's schedule was crammed because of the predicted snow coming at the end of the week they scheduled us the day following when I contacted them. They showed up in the time frame I was given, and efficiently and quickly did the work. I'm very happy with Stark's. They saved our pipes just before the deep freeze sets in!

They were professional and did the job for a good price and when one of the trees failed (not their fault) they helped us replace it. They took our ideas and made them better. We love the back yard the put in for us.

Stark Sprinkler & Landscape was very easy and flexible to work with during the whole process. Bryan, the office manager, was great in managing expectations when, Brian, their irrigation tech would be able to perfrom the services needed. Bryan was great at communicating to Brian what services we needed performed. Brian was very professional when communicating what he recommended for the repair by calling me prior. Then he followed up with a call letting me know what he did and gave me advice on ways to keep rust from building up in the valves. I would recommend Brian, with Stark Sprinkler & Landscape, for any irrigation repairs. Having done landscaping before he did a very good job and took the care to do it properly! their system tech called ahead on day of appt. and arrived on time . reviewed problems and repaired and adjusted same. all work was done in a timely manor. would recamend this company to anyone needing sprinkler repairs or installations.

They are wonderful. Bryan and Brian, who run the business, they are nice group of guys. They are knowledgeable and great.

It took 2 weeks after a number of phone conversations before someone came out. When they arrived, they had no idea of the scope of the job, even though it had been explained multiple times. They left after quoting an outrageous amount to do exploratory digging and repeatedly commented on how behind they are. No word since then. It's been a month since I first contacted them to get the sprinklers working and a couple leaks fixed. Very unprofessional. I do not recommend this company.

I called to get a quote to turn on and check sprinkler system and the gentleman that answered told me its $45 and they were booked for next week and did not even take my name and number to call back if there were a cancellation or to schedule for future service. Very unprofessional.
