After a Mr. Rooter representative came to my house, gave an estimate of nearly $2000 and was extremely rude to my wife, I put in a service request via ServiceMagic.com. S & B Plumbing (Sylvan) called me back immediately. I gave Sylvan the details of the project over the phone and his quoted price for the project was $750. Even after he came out to look at the project, he said his price was still $750. Needless to say, he was hired on the spot. He was done with the project within a few quick hours and it most definitely was a job well done! I was very pleased with his professionalism, honesty and customer service. I highly recommend Sylvan!!!

S and B installed a water heater in my daughter's home quickly and efficiently for a very good price. The owner was polite and returned my calls promptly.

Great Value

Very pleased, I had 3 phone calls, decided on S&B. They were here within the hour. The new water heater was installed the next day. I was charged the price quoted , and find this unusual as I have found most want to replace other parts at extra cost.

Sylvan was professional and friendly. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly with a minimum of fuss. There was even an extra problem he fixed with no extra charge. I would recommend him COMPLETELY and will use him again if I need a plumber.
