Richard promptly called me and scheduled the appointment. When he found himself running a few minutes behind schedule for the install appointment, he called and gave me plenty of notice that he would be a little late. Upon arrival , he quickly explained everything to me and I was watching TV in no time.

I called another company first, but they were weeks out. Richard answered right away, and was able to come within a few days when it was best for me. He arrived on time and got right to work. He was honest and was willing to show me what he was talking about. Before leaving he made sure everything was working. I appreciated the good and quick work.

The price was higher than range given online. Was supposed to be base of 149 not 225. I provided the antenna and used existing cable for a single run of 12 feet, so 149 was no bargain. Ask for estimate first.

Richard returned my call immediately and made arrangements to install the antenna within 3 days. I am in a remote, mountainous location and even though we thought it would be very difficult to get a signal he said he would give it a try. He arrived on time and installed 2 antennas in different locations but we were unable to get a channel. Even though it didn’t work, I appreciate his great attitude, knowledge, and willingness to exhaust all options.

Richard showed up on time, was quick to evaluate the existing wiring, wisely selected the approach to install the antenna, then did the installation in a clean, high quality manner. He was done in less than 1 hour!

He returned my calls immediately and contacted me for a follow-up.
