I am blown away! Richard is probably the friendliest, most professional home technician I have ever hired for anything! He installed our antenna, ran the channel scan on our TVs, and freed us from those ridiculous satellite TV bills forever! Not only that, he wasn't satisfied with the number of channels we were getting, so he came back 2 weeks later with an even better antenna and re-positioned it to a better location on our roof, which doubled the number of channels we get! I am almost 75 years old. and paid Premiere Connections 190.00 for an antenna and installation. He did not do the installation properly or high enough for good reception. I had to climb up on a 16 foot ladder to re install it correctly. At my age I should not have to do that. He did not have the proper tools to do the job correctly. He borrowed mine. Then when I complained he told me I needed a new TV. I fixed it without his help. I did not need a new TV. No reciept and I paid him with a check made out to him instead of the company. Sounds fishy to me.

The installer, Richard Parrish, did a great job of installation. He knew how to install the Antenna, connect it to the TV wiring, and provided a duel connection to the TV and my Tablo. His price of installation and cost of the antenna was very acceptable at $175.00. I highly recommend him.

The Direct Tv service man complained about the flush mounts would prefer the recessed mounts.

Richard diagnose car problem in mediately. He was done in less than 30 minutes. .
