The tech arrived as expected and called to verify we were at home. He was very professional and knowledgable. He checked over the furnace and replaced the necessary part and we soon had heat.

Removing an old wood stove is a dirty job, but I was impressed by how clean they kept everything using tarps and a vacuum and no walls got dinged up moving it upstairs and out of the house. They were knowlegeable about the instalation and operation of the new stove and had all the required tools for the job including what it took to fabricate a new chimney cap. Work was completed in 2 1/2 hours.

We called a week prior to our appointment. The receptionist was very pleasant and professional. The technician arrived promptly when scheduled, put on "booties" and came in to check out our gas fireplace. This was the initial reason for the call. While he was here we ask if he could check our furnace as well. He had time so he took care of the furnace inspection. When he was finished, he explained everything he had done. He was very pleasant, professional and efficient. We will definitely use and reccomend them in the future.

The quality of the service is highly dependent on which service tech you get. I have had a couple of excellent service techs, and I have had one that was not very good.

Project went very well with their help. Very professional, technical and wonderful to work with. The quality of their work was fantastic and their expertise was superb.

I like them. They were great. I don't remember the exact cost, but I think it was less than $300.00. It was a pretty big job. The guy worked really hard. He put it all back together and he did a great job. We would definitely use him again. I liked everything about the company. They came on time and they did what we asked them to do. The price was fair and was what we anticipated. I have always liked this company. They are very fair and businesslike and they know their business. I have a sense that they didn't learn their craft yesterday.

It has been a positive experience. They arrive on time and they do good quality work. If you have something that needs follow up they follow up on their work in a reasonable amount of time.
