I was very impressed with the professional service of this company in everything from answering my phone call, making appointment, being prompt, looking professional to doing an excellant job. I was very pleased and would recommend this OverAll Plumbing to anyone. They were a bit pricey however, but you get what you pay for.

Service provider came during the scheduled time. He looked at the faucet, thought it was a simple fix - tightened the packing and in fact, that's all it needed. It took him 5 minutes. He could have stopped there but he hooked up the back water line to the ice maker/water for me. When we found a leak in the front of the fridge in the connector he thought he may have the piece in his truck. Found a connector but unfortunately was not the correct one. We were unsuccessful in finding a connector on his truck but he took the time to troubleshoot it for me when it was clearly not what he had come for. I was totally impressed AND, knowing what we needed, I was able to find the exact part at Grover's and completed the hook up without any problem. I was happy to pay the fee he showed me on their straight forward pricing fee sheet.

When I called with what constituted an "emergency" on my part at 8 AM Friday morning, I was initially told that they were pretty swamped for the day and that it would be early afternoon before a technician could make it over to my house. I explained that I was waiting to leave town and that this needed to be accomplished beforehand, however I understood that a last minute issue would be fitted in at their earliest convenience and that I appreciated their willingness to do so. Within 10 minutes I received a call from their dispatcher and that they could have a technician over to my house within 30 minutes if I would be available. I was, and they were! The tech arrived within 20 minutes, looked at my problem, listened to what I had tried to do to solve it myself, and came up with a solution. He explained the cost involved and exactly what he would be doing, then askied if that was what I indeed wanted to do. Within 25 minutes my leak had been repaired, my water supply lines replaced, and I now had a clean, functional pedestal sink in my bathroom! The work was so efficient that we discussed the future remodeling which I have planned for that bathroom, and even discussed the price involved to have a true professional come in and do it right for me the first time. Awesome work and highly recommended....Had a water softener "mechanism" go out and Rick after having to order a part replaced. Not only did he test the water before and after to confirm the failure but he tested after replacing the part to show that the investment was well worth it...

Amazing service for the job at a fantastic cost. They arranged all the permits and inspections and in the middle of winter they got the job done in a single day! Complete professionalism and with the amount of work that needed to be done and in talking with the technician they may have even underbid it... but STILL honored the estimate!

My daughter called me on 10-10-11 saying the meter reader from the city water department had left a note on her door stating an unusual high reading indicating she was using a tremendous amount of water. Conversations ensued with my daughter stating she had no evidence of any leak in her yard or in her house. A brother-in-law verified there was no immediate emergency but that there was noise indicating running water although not visible. I from a remote location the same day, in a different city went to work to locate a reputable plumber to initiate repairs. Signed up for Angie's list and read reviews and chose a local company Overall Plumbing. Contacted Overall Plumbing the afternoon of 10-10-11 and they sent someone over to estimate. Received a phone call that afternoon from one of the owners and they indicated there was a leak. Immediately they hooked up a temporary connection do keep water supplied, and shut main leaking supply off. Overall indicated they could begin repairs the next day. Met Overall Plumbing the next morning and was present as work commenced. They did an excellent replacement job of water main with hardly a trace of damage to the yard. Job was done very quickly and problem was rectified within the day. They explained all the details of repair to my daughter the homeowner and guaranteed the job for 10 years. Ironically they even helped my daughter a week later rectify a error from the city water department indicating her water usage was still high. Shaun Overall came over to my daughters house, checked the repair and all fixtures and then helped her go through her usage per her water bills and helped talked to the city water department indicating they made an error. Bottom line the city had and the situation was rectified and water bills were adjusted. I couldn't have been more pleased with Overall Plumbing's service with all aspects from who answers their phone to those who did the work. Excellent service. Addendum to original report: I would definitely use this company again! There must have been an error when I submitted as I certainly did not intend to check the box "no" on "would I use/recommend this company/individual again".

Out house had leak prone piping installed during its construction. A hot water line flooded the crawl space. this resulted in mold growing which had to be treated. I had Overall Plumbing replace all the bad grey poly pipe with new pipe. They were able to do this for all fixtures on the main floor of the house. They also found several other problems with the original installation and were able to fix these as well. Finally they insulated all the hot water lines. this has resulted in hotter water at the faucets and a quicker time to have hot water when the faucet is turned on. They installed a main shut off valve which had not been installed before. Most importantly, they found a iron connection joint between the city's main supply line and our main line in the crawl space. This iron connection should never have been used. It was badly corroded and probably would have burst in the next 6 months thereby causing severe damage to the house. "Simon's Plumbing" was the original plumber. I cannot be more pleased with the work done by Overall Plumbing. During the job, they made sure to prevent any damage to flooring by the use of drop cloths and cleaning up throughly. I highly recommend their service.
