Description of Work: They mowed, edged and blew our front and back lawns for Sept and Oct. The price is good but we are upset that every time they come, their edger sprays grass all over our brand new vinyl fence, even if we don't water that day. We asked them to clean it off but they didn't do a very good job. So we have to clean up after them every time they come, which is really upsetting. Also, their lawn mower has broken the wood frame/boards around our lawn in the back yard in 4 places. I had to fix it myself with glue and clamps. They need to be more careful when moving the mower up onto the lawn and avoid breaking the wood frame/boards. It is also brand new so we were upset about that. Also, they were getting cut grass in the rock beds around our trees and leaving it there, but after we spoke to them about it, they stopped doing that. If they take more care and provide a better quality of service and professionalism to avoid these problems, we may use them again in the future. If not, we'll have to look elsewhere as we don't have time to keep fixing our boards/frames and cleaning up after them.

Description of Work: Jeff has sprayed at our house 3 times. He is very nice, professional and thorough. His wife, Cindy, is very nice and makes the appointments for us over the phone. We like that it's organic and not harmful/toxic to us, the environment or the birds in our yard. We like that Jeff came back when we needed a re-do (we are doing the 1 year program). We still see some spiders, but we've noticed a huge improvement after 3 treatments. It's more expensive than some others out there but we think it's worth it so far. We get a treatment every 8-10 weeks and it's $75 each time. One negative is the spray nossle usually leaves big spots of the product behind on our hardwood floor. They usually dry clear and don't harm the floor, but sometimes they leave a whit-ish colored splotch on the floor. Not a big deal -- I wipe it with a damp cloth and it's fine after that -- no damage to the floor, just takes time to find them all. Also, since it organic, it does not seem to last as long as the toxic stuff, but I'd rather be healthy. We will continue to use them again.

+ -1 moreWe have a small lot with a fence that surrounds the property. We also have a small blind dog. The crew that comes over to do our lawn insists on using much bigger machines than is necessary to mow our small property. It takes the crew 10-15 minutes at the most to mow, trim our sides, front and back. The crew had opened the south side of our fence and did not close it properly when they were done so it blew open during the night without our knowledge. We cannot see the south side of our fence from inside the house. By chance we discovered this before letting our little dog out, who would have surely exited the open gate. When I called Mike to tell him what I discovered he defended his crew and stated he would have to charge more because it would take them longer. I told Mike that if that was the case our business dealings are terminated. Also we discovered some decorative rocks in our backyard had been run over by the big lawnmower and the smaller rocks poured out onto the lawn. My wife was not happy how the crew had left our backyard. Very disappointed in this company. Would not recommend them to anyone and we will never use them again.

The company can do more than just lawn treatment. My lawn looks great, and I like the ability to call a owner/operator directly. Great service.
Description of Work: I've hired Organic Solutions for the last 4 years. I buy the yearly lawn care package including spider barrier and billbug control. I recently hired them to fix a broken sprinkler shut off valve 5 ft underground, they took great care and did the job right.
