WOW! Jeremy was so thorough in the inspection of our new home. Because of this we were able to get the best deal possible in our final negotiation. Also, communication was easy and on point thru the entire process, and he took the time to explain. all of his findings in word and pictures. We will definitely be using them again!

Excellent, professional, easy to work with, can't say enough nice things about them. Everybody I know works with this company, Jeremy is great whether you're a buyer or a seller. Very competitive service, ad the best part is the reports are very detailed, with pictures and notes so you're never confused about anything that might need to be addressed. Great service
