We have dealt with several alarm companies over the years and this company stood above the rest, all the way from the receptionist on the phone, the salespersons, the installation, and the monitoring. We got bids from multiple companies and this company was competitive. The quality of the installation and the handling of issues that arose upon installation were top notch. They arrived when scheduled and returned all calls and answered all questions. I would hire them again and recommend them without any reservation.
Description of Work: We needed them to analyze the current alarms system (installed by another company) and then upgrade it to the features we wanted to add/remove.
