+ -1 moreAfter consulting Angie's List, I called this company based on the submitted reports. My call was answered by someone who seemed to be irritated by my request for service. She said she would have someone call me back, however that is the last contact I have had with this company. After waiting for a half hour, I moved on to the next company on the list and was thoroughly satisfied.
Description of Work: My washing machine quit agitating and spinning. No work was performed because after I called to request service, I was told someone would call me back but 36 hours later and no one has called.

Description of Work: Replaced the defrost terminator switch on our refrigerator.
