Run, run fast from this company. First off, did not pull a permit and the finished work would not pass inspection. Three (3) other contractors told us this after seeing the finished work. They installed a Day & Night System at my elderly parents' home. Original work was for a brand name system but he said there was a shortage on them and talked them into the Day Night System by saying it was the same system. Three (3) other contractors that inspected his work said it is not the quality or cost of a system and that there were no issues or shortages with the brand name systems. No discount was given. It goes on...My parents wanted a system that could be a dual zone system from the start as they had asked us to move in upstair to help take care of them. The system Majestic installed IS NOT dual zone ready. He wanted to charge $2500 dollars additional to have the system turned into dual zone. We asked for the dual zone work back in early July. Finally after many messages, voice mails and missed appointments he visited my parents house and set up a date for 10/11/2022. We got a text the day prior to cancel as he had to "go out of town". So we lived upstairs in over 100 degree outdoor temps with no effective AC and indoor upstairs temps reaching the mid 90's for the whole Summer. Summary of messages/texts: July 18th phone call August 12th, text message August 19th left voice email, Kevin texted would call Monday the 22nd August 22nd he did not call August 25th follow up text & voice mail sent from me, no response August 26th Voice mail sent from me August 29th follow up text sent from me, no response August 30th follow up voice mail & text sent from me, responded with medical emergency text and would be in touch September 8th follow up text sent from me, no response September 13th voice mail and follow up text, he responded would call back “in a minute” but did not call September 15th frustrated follow up text sent from me. He called & meeting set for September 20th that he was late for. Set appointment to start work for October 11th. October 10th texted that he had to “go out of town” and needed to cancel. In conclusion, NO PERMIT and NO INSPECTION. We have to have the work completely re-done by another contractor. The system IS NOT a dual climate zone system so we now have to pay many thousands extra to have it turned into a dual climate system. The system was bid for a big brand name and they installed a lower grade system with no discount being offered or given. We had to deal with horrible Summer heat where we live and I work upstairs during a very hot summer. Indoor upstair temps in excess of 90 degrees. We had to reach out and message, text and voicemail for over 3 months before we chose to go with another contractor.
