My husband and I (we are in our 70's & 80's) did the mistake of giving Frank P. Luna $2,200 to start an electric job on our property April 2012. After a couple days of giving Frank money, my husband and I decided not to go through with the job, and upon asking Frank, he agreed not to start the job and agreed to return our money. After repeated excuses, he never returned our money as he said he would and eventually ran. He did no work, provided no materials, and never provided a written proposal. My husband and I try to locate Frank, we go to the address he has on record with the Idaho Division of Building Safety (Electrical Contractors License #000313, -- https://data.dbs.idaho.gov/etrakit2/Idaho_LicenseSearch.aspx), Frank's parents answer the door and offer no help in finding him. The Idaho Division of Building and Safety who issue his license, said that he works alone and is not bonded or insured. After further research, we find Francisco Ponfilo Luna born in 1975 has a criminal record for grand theft and burglary; see CR-FE-1996-0001031, Ada County, Idaho -- https://www.idcourts.us/repository/start.do . Frank P. Luna, dba:Luna Electric has a Facebook page -- https://www.facebook.com/fpluna .
Description of Work: He took our money and ran... Received a $2291 uncontested default judgment against Frank Luna 07/19/2012, Case: CV-SC-2012-08714, Ada County-Idaho. Does anyone know if he works a regular job so we can garnish his wages? Last we heard he was in the Dakota's. Thank-you
