Had a very good experience with Idaho window tinting. When Darran Crager came over for the estimate he was very punctual and professional. He gave me a good description of the available options for tinting my west facing windows. Darran didn't give me the hard sell, and didn't even try to push the most expensive option. His recommendation was for the product he felt would best serve my needs and be the most cost effective. I was looking for a tint which would best cut down on the heat but still allow the sunshine in. We followed his recommendation and have been most satisfied. The installation went very well and was also very professional. You can hardly notice that the windows have been tinted but the heat reduction has been fantastic. I never would have believed the product could work so well. My overall experience with Idaho Window Tinting was great and I highly recommend them.

They were very good as a matter of fact I'm going to be talking to them about the window tinting because my brother that worked as an engineer didn't understand why they put the product on the outside of the window instead of the inside the window and I don't know either so I'll be following up with them, we just got back from vacation. The work that they've done was good but I don't know why they put the product on the outside instead of the inside, I wasn't around I was on a business trip.

Called, left message and waited until they called me for an estimate. They arrived on time and provided a price quote. When I decided to have to work done, I called and called and left a message. Once they returned my call, they arrived on time on the scheduled day and got the work completed quickly. They did a great job. A little expensive, but a high quality product. Really only problem is they are VERY hard to contact. I haven't received my receipt .....yet.

Had a problem with material sticking, but they promptly took care of it.

Darren and his assistant both are very professional and courteous. Initially, Darren measured all the windows and developed an estimate and told me about how long it would take to do the tinting. Everything went as planned and we love the tinting. We are able to leave our blinds open more with the tinting blocking most of the heat from the sun and we also feel that our furniture and hardwood floor will not fade from the sun. The cost of the tinting was about what I expected and it has an excellent warranty.
