We set up an appointment for June 19th at 2 pm. Nobody showed up, so we tried calling and leaving a message (since no one answered the phone) asking for a call back, because they missed the appointment. No one called back. We called twice on Thursday. Eventually someone called to tell us that their truck broke down, and that Jim would call us when he got back. No one called Thursday, so we called again on Friday and left another message. No one called. Of course, no one called over the weekend. We called again on Monday. No one called us back. On Tuesday (today) we started calling other companies. Finally, someone from Idaho Septic Solutions called Tuesday afternoon to say that the truck had been involved in an accident and they didnt know when it would be fixed, but they couldnt set up another appointment until next week, at the earliest. We have hired another company and have no idea why we were subjected to this kind of treatment, based on other peoples reviews. We would definitely NOT recommend this company.

Manager has a hold of business. Had his phone number and used it several times. Any problems that came up he took care of promptly.

Outstanding service. Prompt communication and professional. I had a broken septic lid and they had to go and pick one up. Told me they would be back the next morning. To my amazement, they returned a short while later that same day and replaced the lid. Made the cost very affordable. Top shelf company!!

During the pumping of the tank it was discovered that both baffles needed to be replaced and the drain field needed to be serviced. Jim was very professional and explained everything that would be done to fix the problem. His pricing was fair and upfront and he was able to fix the problem the next week. The crew that worked on the project in the cold were respectful and friendly.
