Tremendous service. Ron and his crew were prompt, reliable, went above and beyond to make sure we had everything taken care of. Nothing got by him or his crew. Did an amazing job. Extremely knowledgeable.

Although it's a simple service, they have always done a great job. I have zero complaints.

Slow, provider stated would be there one day. Never showed up to do the work when they said they would. The work was not done well. I have a lot of rocks in my yard which cause issues with looks and mowing. My terrace which they created is too steep and I am losing dirt. They are supposed to come back and fix the issue. So far I have not heard from them. As nice as they are, I would NEVER refer them or suggest that someone use their services.

First of all, it was raining for a couple of days before his scheduled appointment. I understood when he called LATE to cancel his appointment, that the yard needed to dry out a bit. He assured me that they would be out the next week to do the work I requested (cleaning garden of leaves and dropped branches from neighbor's willow tree). I called again on Thursday, April 10, and left a voice mail requesting to reschedule the appointment. Never heard back from him. I called again this morning (one week later) to again try to reschedule. He did answer the phone but immediately told me that he couldn't do the work and to get a refund from dealsaver. I jokingly asked him if he sold too many certificates. He started yelling at me and tried to blame everything on dealsaver, that they sold too many certificates and they didn't understand how to run a landscaping business. He also said that dealsaver waited three weeks to pay him (totally not my issue but his). I asked him, if he would honor the certificate and he said no. He is the owner of this landscaping business and if he couldn't handle the amount of business, he should have never offered it on dealsaver.
