+ -1 moreHorrible experience!! Try telling us a used part for more than what a new one would cost and one question became very angry and started cursing I would not recommend him at all went to another local appliance service shop got the part that for less and they were courteous and on time.

Description of Work: Randy performed a trouble shoot over the phone in preparation for a home visit to repair my malfunctioning Whirlpool washer. After we discussed decided it wasn't worth attempting a repair. I bought a used Maytag washer sight unseen over the phone. They were able to deliver and hook up the same day. Excellent value and they offer a six month warranty. You can't beat that.

+ 0 moreThe technician diagnosed the problem correctly on the first trip and came back with the part and installed it on the second trip. Total cost was $160 and the ice maker is still working well. We are in real estate and we have referred Garrity Appliance to some of our clients in need of appliances or appliance repair. We are quite selective on who we refer to our clients. Garrity Appliance has done a great job for everyone we have sent to them.
Description of Work: We personally had Garrity Appliance fix the ice maker on our Sub Zero refrigerator.

+ -1 moreI expected it to be really expensive. The repair guy found out it was just a valve that was bad and some people would have said to replace the whole ice maker. He was knowledgeable, got the job done quick and at a reasonable price.

+ -1 moreI found a used washer and dryer set that seemed to be in great shape. The employees were helpful and fully answered all the questions I had. There was a delivery fee, but they also took my old washer/dryer for no cost. The warranty is for 90 days. The delivery guys were early and very careful about not marking door jambs or walls but not as careful on my linoleum. They left a couple tears where the linoleum wasn't completely glued down.
