Perfect. Ross listened to our plans and strategized the best approach to a solution with us. He was flexible and always showed that his aim was for us to be satisfied. He showed up a few minutes ahead of schedule and finished the job also a little ahead of schedule. He scheduled our inspection by the city, and has followed up to assure all is well. He is pleasant, respectful, and oh so professional in his communication! Would definitely use him again for future electrical work.
