The price and warranty were the big sellers in choosing East Heat & Air. Morgan was very thorough in explaining what needed to be done and he did not try to push a larger water heater than what was needed. 2 other companies wanted to put in units that were much larger than needed. The warranty they offered was also double what the other companies offered. I will be using Easy Heat &Air for future projects!

There was a 3 week delay in getting an inspection for additional work performed. After I called the Inspectors found that it was a city communication issue NOT completely this pro company. After 2 months of having the furnace there was an issue with one of the thermostats , the issue was resolved within an hour of contacting the pro. We purchased a new Furnace, installed dual zone controls for upper and lower temperature control, the fixed some previous installation problems with the initial furnace install and a recent water heater replacement. I took advantage of financing options and will be hiring this pro to replace the AC unit by the fall.

Immediate contact through Home Advisor. Someone was at our home within an hour on Fathers Day to assess our current problems with AC. Walked through financing and booked a couple guys out the next morning and now we have AC again. Went ahead and replaced Furnace since it was also approaching 20 years.

I interviewed 3 different Plumbing companies with regards to replacing my tank water heater with a high efficiency tankless gas system. The first 2 representatives were concerned about the problems/difficulties, and seemed unsure. Easy Heating & Air installation guy looked over the house, and crawl space, and declared that installation would be easy. And so it was.
